About the role
Elevate our company's reputation and culture as the Corporate Affairs Coordinator for North EMEA. In this multi-faceted communications role, you'll drive impactful initiatives that support organizational change, safeguard our brand internally and externally, and cultivate a unified identity across the region.
Collaborating closely with internal communications partners, HR, and marketing teams, your responsibilities will include coordinating employee communications, public relations activities, and employer branding efforts. You'll craft compelling messaging, advise leaders, develop integrated communication plans aligned with our values, foster cross-country alignment, and measure the success of campaigns.
A storytelling extraordinaire, you'll proactively pitch newsworthy stories that position us as industry pioneers. You'll handle media relations, create innovative PR content spotlighting our breakthroughs, and seamlessly unite efforts across functions. Your employer branding expertise will shine in attracting and retaining top talent through channels that immerse candidates in our exceptional culture.
This hybrid role is based at our office in Västra Frölunda, and reports to our Corporate Affairs Director North EMEA.
About you
To qualify, you'll need a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience spanning internal and external communications.
Excellent writing abilities to translate complexity into clarity are essential, along with strategic thinking, deep knowledge of communication channels/trends, and proven project management capabilities. You must be adept at building partnerships and positioning communications as a business driver.
Additionally, you should possess empathy to tailor messaging, a creative mindset for captivating storytelling, strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities, diplomacy for sensitive situations, a collaborative spirit to work across teams, intellectual curiosity about emerging trends, and resilience to thrive amidst change.
For this role, full proficiency in English is a firm requirement, as is an additional Nordic or Baltic language.
