Job Description

The Corporate administrator provides administrative expertise with scheme
management, data analysis and reconciliations and data reporting. The role requires competency in excel and attention to detail. Candidate shall report
directly to Senior Administrative Specialist.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include the below
1.    Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications with technology devices
•    Able to do monthly updates on software system
•    Configure and run reports on system with minimal supervision
2.    Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for internal reporting.
•    Updating of claims experience report 
3.    Do monthly data capturing and member update on system
•    Loads individual scheme members contributions.
•    Capture all individuals and scheme amendments
•    Reconciles premiums received vs expected and monitors on the system that funds have been correctly receipted
•    Follows up on Outstanding or incorrectly paid premiums. 
4.    Prepare quarterly and annual scheme reconciliations 
•    Prepare and send retirement fund recon report
•    Prepare and submit claims report, fund status report, premiums vs claims report, data tracker report, scheme management report and all other reports. 
5.    Processing of claims within specified.
•    Receives and process all retirement fund claims, GAP claims, investment claims.
•    Liaise with insurer and ensure payment is closed within stipulated turnaround time.
•    Capture and process all exits
6.    Liaise with reinsurer in providing quarterly movement reports.
7.    Updating and distributing member statements on a monthly basis
8.    Manage client relationships
•    Responsible for drafting and/or checking of administration services
•    Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive
•    Managing client relationships both individual and scheme level
9.    Personal capacity building 
•    Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfil personal potential.

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required 

Specific skills & experience required:
•    A bachelor’s degree in accounting from a reputable institution
•    A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience working as a Corporate Administrator or in an equivalent administrative position
