The Opportunity
The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for driving sales of the Path Lab portfolio within the Large Reference Lab (LRL) sector and strengthening Roche's strategic partnership with Quest Diagnostics, a significant and highly complex customer. This LRL CAM role involves cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective clients across laboratory and C-Suite levels. A key aspect of the position is actively participating in the co-creation and execution of sales strategies to convert competitive business and expand the strategic partnership in both owned and managed laboratories. The role demands a high level of sales proficiency, specialized diagnostic industry experience, and strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
This is a field-based role. You may live anywhere in the US, we prefer candidates to live on the East Coast.
The Job Facts
Assume an active leadership role during the collaborative development and implementation of sales strategies to attain assigned sales objectives.
Utilize strong product/market knowledge and sales experience to manage complex sales and resolve customer questions and concerns.
Continuously build knowledge of current industry trends, competitive information, and industry/technical knowledge and share with other Roche colleagues.
Retain, extend, and acquire regional customers through effective identification of opportunities and the creation and implementation of solutions.
Establish and build strong client relationships that allow for growth, profitability and predictability. Communicate with other relevant Roche functions to ensure needed sales support and delivery of programs/products.
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations
Proven leadership abilities
Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills
Strategic planning and organizational skills
Preferred experience
7 Years relevant sales or equivalent experience.
3+ years National Accounts stakeholder sales experience
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $104,000-$193,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
