About the Role:
We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Regional Corporate Account Manager to lead and grow key Food Service & Retail accounts across APAC region. This role will focus on strengthening existing multinational customer relationships while driving new business opportunities across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative sales professional who enjoys managing complex regional accounts, working across cultures, and partnering with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across APAC
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and drive sustainable growth
Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers within multinational customer organizations
Lead commercial discussions, proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiations
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Drive long-term growth within Food Service & Retail customer segments
Key Account Management
Manage and grow existing strategic customer relationships across the region
Lead business reviews and customer engagement activities
Partner with local country teams to ensure strong service delivery and customer satisfaction
Introduce new products, services, and innovation initiatives to customers
Coordinate regional customer projects and strategic initiatives
Represent the business at relevant industry events and conferences
Qualifications & Experience
5–10 years of successful B2B sales or key account management experience within Food Service, Hospitality, Retail, Hygiene, FMCG, or related industries
Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing strategic customer relationships
Experience working within regional or multinational business environments
Strong business acumen with excellent commercial and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across a matrix organization
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
Fluent English communication skills are required; additional Asian languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel frequently across APAC (approximately 30–60%)
