Senior Corporate Account Manager, Food & Beverage (F&B)

The Corporate Account Manager, F&B is responsible for driving sales across the Food & Beverage processing sector, with a strong focus on major categories such as protein (poultry, beef, pork), non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, dairy, brewing and processed foods. The incumbent will develop strategic business plans and commercial initiatives that ensure the achievement of company sales goals, margin expectations, and long-term profitability in this key market segment.

What You'll Do:

Drive Growth Across the F&B Sector

  • Lead sales efforts with major Food & Beverage processors across multiple categories, cultivating strong partnerships and expanding share of wallet.

  • Develop and deliver differentiated commercial initiatives, value propositions, and selling stories that enhance brand visibility and accelerate top-line growth.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute business plans tailored to the F&B market, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and profitability targets.

  • Manage the complete sales planning cycle, including disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

Customer Relationship Leadership

  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with large F&B customers, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous strategic communication.

  • Lead RFP/RFI responses and customer presentations, providing accurate, competitive pricing that aligns with targeted profit margins.

Operational & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Service teams to deliver integrated chemical, sanitation, food safety, and equipment solutions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of pricing, proposals, activity reports, and customer engagements.

Market Presence & Industry Engagement

  • Support Marketing in designing and executing F&B-specific programs.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and association events to strengthen visibility and build relationships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in business planning and execution within the Food & Beverage processing sector (protein, beverages, dairy, brewing, prepared foods, and/or related industries).

  • Background in food safety, sanitation, CIP/COP/OPC operations, equipment solutions, and/or industrial chemical sales.

  • Proven success in managing large national or corporate accounts, ideally in markets with revenues of $50M+.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and margin expansion.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight.

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred — ideal fields include Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
