As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers personally and to customer vehicle stockyards. You will work closely with the sales & operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key government and corporate clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Receiving government clients and presenting vehicle specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (SFDC), including client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Facilitating external visits to meet with Fleet and Government clients to strengthen relationships and understand their specific needs.
  • Arranging and assisting with test drives.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to write and speak in both Arabic and English.
  • A driving license and 5+ years of driving experience are a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing activities is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
