This is an exciting opportunity to join the Banking Services Client team that is part of the Global Delivery division here at State Street. This dynamic position provides opportunity to manage a Banking Client Service team that supports with internal and external clients for banking applications.
Why this role is important to us
This team is a key business team undergoing modernization as part of the wider multi- year Payments, Cash, and Custody (“PCC”) strategic development program. This position is management position for the Banking Client Services team which serves to support the State Street PayHub application.
Applicants should have superior written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and be willing to quickly become an SME on new application(s). The ideal candidate will have background within cash, banking services or clients service. Ability to manage staff and drive change, foster a team environment, take ownership, react timely to changing environment and establish cross-enterprise relationships.
What you will be responsible for
Manage Banking Services team dedicated to client communication and State Street PayHub (SSPH) application support
Subject Matter Expert of the applications and processes owned by the Banking team including but not limited to State Street PayHub.
Serve as escalation point for client issues as well as key point of contact for other key stakeholders such as IT and other internal divisions.
Manage communication with clients both internal and external
Effectively communicate and drive time critical deadlines with senior and executive management teams as well as external examiners.
Drive monthly reporting, updating of procedures and required client analytics
Engage with Product IT and other key stakeholders on future transitions to State Street PayHub application as key business SME.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
5 more years of experience, preferably within cash or banking services, custody or client service; knowledge of Global Delivery and/or other State Street business units is a plus.
Experience managing a team including banking or client service team preferred
Superior communications skills (both written and oral) ability to interact effectively across cultures as well as internal and external clients.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong knowledge of banking services and custody operations;
Ability drive decision making and to effect necessary changes.
Ability to effectively communicate and drive time critical deadlines
Time management skills, create and drive a items to completion usually within a short deadline
Self-motivated and detail oriented individual, who enjoys undertaking challenges, is able to multi task and can assimilate information quickly in a complex and changing environment.
Proficiency in IMT, MS Office suite of applications, including Excel; Banking applications and Tableau proficiency is a plus

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $130,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
