A Brief Overview
Join a forward-thinking brand activation team that believes in the power of words to shape perception, spark emotion, and drive action. As we embrace the future of content creation, we're looking for a Copywriter who not only crafts compelling copy but also knows how to lean into new technologies to scale ideas, accelerate output, and elevate storytelling.

What you will do

  • Content Creation: Craft persuasive, clear and engaging written content that establishes and reinforces the brand’s identity, voice and message across all platforms, ultimately driving audience connection and desired actions like consideration, preference, conversion or engagement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers and business leaders to translate strategies into platform-appropriate creative content that achieves business results.

  • Editing and Proofreading: Meticulously proofread and edit copy for clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Language Guidelines Development: Create language guidelines and standards for critical business products and segments that can be implemented across the organization to create consistency at all transactional touchpoints.

  • Process Adherence: Follow an established process to review all creative assets to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets and the proper leadership approval cadence.

  • Innovate: Experience with, and desire to lean into, new creative technologies (i.e. ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, GrammarlyGO, etc.) to brainstorm, draft and optimize copy in an effort to enhance creativity, innovation and efficiency.

  • Trend Awareness: Exercise curiosity and stay informed about social media trends, industry best practices and emerging platforms to keep messaging fresh and relevant.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards


What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent work experience required

  • 4-6 years professional writing experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or editorial required

  • Experience using new technologies or tools to enhance productivity and creativity required

  • Experience with SEO, UX writing, or conversion copywriting preferred

  • Background in journalism, screenwriting, or creative writing preferred

  • Strong command of grammar, style, and tone across formats

  • Ability to write for diverse audiences and adapt voice across brands

  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and iterative feedback

  • Curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for language

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize copy accordingly
