We offer an on-trend assortment with capsule-like weekly drops, featured shops, influencer collaborations, and curated daily drops focused on our customers’ lives and the styling inspiration they need. Much of our assortment is exclusive and made with our customers’ shopping preferences and feedback top of mind. We buy and design sophisticated, trend right, and modern styles we know our customers will love. 

What started as a small family-owned business, has grown since its start in 2012, to a brand with a strong online and social presence. Affordability, quality, and customer service are at the center of our brand and we always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their VICI experience. From opening our Nashville retail store to launching pop ups in Newport Beach and Venice Beach, VICI is increasing its retail footprint to bring more awareness to the brand. Summary/Objective:    
The Copywriter will be working as a collaborative part of the marketing team and will be responsible for drafting and editing copy, utilizing and maintaining the brand voice, for promotions, email, SMS, social media, direct mail, and other channels as required.

Essential Functions:
•Work collaboratively with Graphic Designer and other marketing team members to ensure marketing efforts are on brand and delivered on time
•Retention marketing copywriting including email subject lines, preview text, body copy, SMS/MMS, and push messages 
•Weekend and other special drop copywriting (brand collabs, key weekday drops, etc.) including collection and shop launch naming and taglines
•Writing copy for daily promotions across channels 
• Writing paid and organic social media captions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Threads
•Support retail marketing needs, e.g. copywriting for emails and print materials  
•Maintaining and updating VICI’s brand copy bank 
•Competitors copy review and sourcing inspiration 
•Developing influencer talking points for weekend collections 
•Potential copywriting for blog. email newsletter, or other future marketing channels
•May support other ad-hoc marketing projects
•Develop a strong strategic relationship with channel partners to stay up to date with developments in strategy, goals, testing projects, data and analytics, and e-commerce sales and traffic performance
•Continuously learn and adapt copy to maximize engagement and conversion based on results and best practices
•Utilize performance data (e.g. open rates, conversion) to inform copy development – ability to review and assess performance within Klaviyo and use weekly results reports to inform copy direction
