Area mission:
The LATAM Marketing team drives the growth of the creator economy by strengthening Hotmart’s brand and accelerating ecosystem adoption across a fast-growing and strategic priority market. Through campaigns, content and meaningful experiences, the team builds strong connections with digital creators across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop copywriting for marketing campaigns and Hotmart activations across LATAM.
  
  
• Write copy for social media, marketing campaigns, content initiatives and events.
  
  
• Collaborate with design, social media and video teams to build integrated campaigns.
  
  
• Ensure consistency across tone of voice, storytelling and brand messaging.
  
  
• Support the development and evolution of Hotmart’s brandbook and communication guidelines.
  
  
• Contribute copy for strategic initiatives such as Fire Sessions, community content and social media.
  
  

Qualifications you need:

• Previous experience as a copywriter in agencies or brand marketing teams.
  
  
• Experience creating copy for digital campaigns and social media.
  
  
• Strong storytelling and brand narrative skills.
  
  
• Strong organization and ability to manage deadlines.
  
  
• Around 4 years of experience in copywriting or content marketing.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience developing brandbooks or tone-of-voice guidelines.
  
  
• Experience working with global brands.
  
  
• Experience in digital marketing or creator economy companies.
  
  
• Interest in AI tools applied to content creation.
