Role Overview
The Copy Production Specialist is an execution role responsible for supporting the execution of high-quality marketing content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. This role ensures consistency in brand messaging by refining, formatting, and adapting copy assets for multiple channels, working closely with designers, marketing teams, and project managers.
This position focuses on the production and adaptation of written content rather than conceptual copywriting, making it ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, editing skills, and a passion for brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Execution & Production
- Adapt and refine existing copy for various digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Edit and proofread marketing materials, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and accuracy.
- Format and structure copy for different platforms, including web, social media, and email marketing. - Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with designers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of content and visuals.
- Follow structured content workflows to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining content databases, style guides, and asset libraries. - Quality Control & Brand Compliance
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and tone-of-voice guidelines.
- Conduct final content reviews for grammar, formatting, and compliance before publication.
- Support localization and translation efforts by adapting copy for regional markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in content editing, copy production, or a related field.
- Strong command of English grammar, style, and structure.
- Familiarity with brand voice, style guides, and messaging frameworks.
- Experience working with marketing teams, designers, and project managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools; experience with workflow systems like Workfront is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume content production environment.
