Job Description

Provide analytical and operational leverage to transformation initiatives — building the fact base, tracking progress, and supporting communications.

Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential functions:

  • Build analyses (process mapping, capacity, pricing economics, adoption metrics)
  • Maintain PMO artifacts (plans, dependency trackers, risks/issues, decisions, notes)
  • Draft communications (training announcements, status updates, event materials)
  • Support trainings/events logistics and post-event feedback loops
  • Any additional responsibilities as required by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 2+ years in consulting, analytics, business ops, or program management preferred
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint; produces clean, executive-ready materials
  • Clear writing and attention to detail; handles multiple workstreams
  • AI tool fluency + verification habit for analysis and drafting

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required

Estimated hourly rate is $35.71 - $46.70 ($65,000- $85,000 annually). This position is overtime and bonus eligible. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
