The Coordinator, Residential & Development Marketing plays a central role in supporting the Americas development pipeline, ensuring our active residential projects are well represented, strategically promoted, and fully aligned with the Four Seasons brand across all owned channels.
This role acts as a bridge between developers and Four Seasons Corporate, helping safeguard brand standards, elevate marketing materials, and enable cross functional teams (Brand, Digital, Web, Social, CRM, Editorial, and Development) to bring Four Seasons Residential storytelling to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Americas Development Marketing Support
2. Strategy & Promotion Across Four Seasons Owned Channels
Partner internally to determine the optimal strategy for showcasing Americas projects across Four Seasons’ ecosystem, including:
Develop and share briefs with creative, editorial, and CRM teams to ensure each project’s unique selling points are clearly communicated.
Ensure all published content is accurate, current, and reflective of the positioning of Four Seasons Private Residences.
3. Brand Stewardship & Internal Coordination
4. CRM & Email Marketing (Supporting Function)
5. Insights, Reporting & Performance
6. Marketing Collateral & Development Team Support
What You Bring:
Annual Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 CAD
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
