Your New Role...
The Coordinator for the HBO Max Originals Marketing team will play a key role for the execution of integrated marketing campaigns of original series like Harry Potter and The White Lotus with a core focus on social, key art, A/V, and experiential promotions. Assisting both the Creative Marketing and Marketing Strategy teams, this role will be the day-to-day support across asset development, social creative and strategy, marketing strategy, activations/stunts, and partnerships/promotions. You will report to the Vice President of Originals Marketing.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Coordinating communication among internal cross-functional stakeholders, along with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining project boards and campaign trackers.
Day-to-day executional support for internal teams and external agencies on the development of creative content including trailers, digital / social video, art suite, digital display, and OOH.
Contribute to, build upon, and help facilitate big ideas (promotions, earned media stunts, activations, partnerships) that breakthrough in a cluttered, competitive consumer landscape. Take bold swings with creative ideas grounded in strategy and insights.
Assist in the execution of paid media programs, including detailed creative specs, routings and delivery of creative materials (i.e. high-impact digital displays, custom digital placements, custom A/V, social content, experiential activations, event sponsorships, etc.).
Support agency onboarding and day-to-day communication to manage detailed campaign workbacks and asset trackers, to ensure key campaign milestones are met.
Facilitate the development of campaign decks to communicate campaign pitches, plans, and executions.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong project management, communication, and organization to meet key creative milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy & planning, campaign management, PR, media, Brand, editorial, growth marketing, legal, international, and distribution/partner marketing on creative needs.
Organizing creative assets, developing briefs and marketing decks, providing script coverage and notes, and performing additional tasks to support the team as needed.
Assist with invoicing/budget tracking across campaigns and other team initiatives
Qualifications & Experiences...
2-3 years of experience in advertising, preferably in the entertainment industry.
Possess a sincere love for streaming entertainment, television, movies, and storytelling; fan of Harry Potter a big plus.
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
Demonstrate high creative bar and premium quality content creation
Must be detail-oriented and have ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Quick learner, eager to take on challenges and share knowledge enthusiastically.
Digitally savvy, with an understanding of content streaming and social media platforms.
Experience with Photoshop, Google Slides, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $51,309.00 - $95,289.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
