Summary:
The Coordinator, Integrated Brand Marketing will support the planning and execution of cross-platform marketing campaigns and fan engagement initiatives. This role will work closely with the Manager of Integrated Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams to help bring campaigns and activations to life, while ensuring a best-in-class experience for Mets fans both digitally and in-person.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of cross-platform marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, in-ballpark, and partner channels
Support day-to-day campaign management including writing creative briefs, building timelines, routing assets for approval, and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate with internal teams (Ticketing, Ticket Ops, Ballpark Experience, Creative, Legal, Communications, etc.) to keep projects organized and on schedule
Capture meeting notes, track next steps, and help maintain clear communication across stakeholders
Support the execution of fan engagement initiatives, including Mets Kids Club, sweepstakes, and other marketing-driven programs
Assist with planning and on-site execution of experiential activations such as Kids Club events, Mr. and Mrs. Met Dash, and out of ballpark pop-ups
Manage the Kids Club inbox, responding to fan inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with gameday responsibilities including coordination of Kids Club activations and other fan-facing elements
Monitor marketing and entertainment trends to inform campaign ideas and best practices
Provide general administrative and project support to the Integrated Brand Marketing team as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant experience (internships included) in marketing, events, or sports/entertainment preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first mindset
Comfortable working in a fan facing fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and gamedays as needed
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar)
Experience supporting events or experiential marketing activations
Passion for sports, live events, and fan engagement

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
