Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Coordinator, Graphic Design - Boca Raton, FL.

Join our Athletics Department as a creative force behind the visuals that inspire fans and drive engagement! This role is responsible for designing eye-catching collateral such as posters, ads, brochures, and game day programs, as well as digital graphics for websites, social media, and paid advertising. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to bring concepts to life, support fundraising initiatives through the Paradise Club, and create designs that elevate special events throughout the year. If you’re passionate about sports, design, and storytelling through visuals, we’d love to have you on our team!

Summary of Responsibilities: 

  • Athletics Department collateral -- schedule posters and cards, ads, direct mail, brochures, game day programs, etc.

  • Create graphics for special events throughout the year that help the athletic department drive revenue, aid fundraising, and build fandom.

  • Design graphics for digital inventory owned or purchased by the athletic department, including screens, websites, social media platforms, paid advertising, and more. Work closely with the department requesting the artwork to understand objectives and use, and collaborate on design.

  • Aid the Paradise Club, athletics fundraising arm, in the design of various fundraising materials, including brochures, web materials, promotional graphics, and more.

  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal units and university colleagues and externally with print and website vendors to realize and implement design concepts.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.

Salary:

$40,000 - $50,000 per year.
