Role Summary:
The Coordinator will lead the day-to-day activities in the customer service. Focus on the fulfillment of customer requirements for their specific site through successful execution of site initiatives incorporating the strategy set by the Flowserve. Coordinate workload daily with the planners and determine resources needed to ensure that we meet the customer’s expectation.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Handling customer enquires and quote entry in the Trident system
- Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP ERP and sending order confirmation, ensuring all information is complete and correct
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries about their orders, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Work with other departments, such as sales, engineering, pricing team and stores to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies that arise with customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics to ship the material on-time
- Follow-up with customer to collect the shipment on-time
- Sending invoices to customers as per the PO guideline
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Customer service, order management related work experience.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Background in industrial manufacturing
- Strong Organizational skills and Detail Oriented
- Experience MS Excel and word.
- Experience in SAP and Trident
- Degree in relevant field and / or 2-3 years relevant experience.
