10The Team: The Corporate Responsibility (CR) Team, part of the Culture & Engagement Center of Excellence within the People Division, is essential in bringing our values to life. What’s in it for you: Working together with local stakeholders and leadership, the role will avail and deepen our CR Employee Programs to increase employee engagement and drive community impact. This position supports S&P Global’s corporate responsibility efforts in the region including programs, partnerships, communications and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities and Impact: Provide support for regional Corporate Responsibility activities, with a primary focus on deepening involvement in our CR Employee Programs in North America and Latin America. These programs (including Volunteerism and Matching Gifts), are designed to empower our people, foster a cohesive and engaged workforce, and catalyze action for sustainable development and community impact - all while aligning with our People Forward Approach. A key focus will be on managing regional internal and external stakeholders, events support and execution and elevating regional commitments to CR. This role will also partner with the S&P Global Foundation to support its local market goals.
Lead regional CR activities in North America and Latin America; liaise with senior business and functional leaders, and support local employee engagement. This includes empowering employees to engage in year-round volunteering activities to build culture of service especially around skills-based volunteerism, co-ordination of CoRe & Green Teams, promotion of matching gifts and other employee engagement programs.
Establish and build relationships across senior leadership teams to strengthen CR programming and increase measurable outcomes.
Support CR’s implementation of new technologies and practices (including AI), with a focus on a more modern and effective process for gift matching, grant making and partnership proposals.
Develop and build key resources and materials to communicate CR efforts, including presentations and impact stories for internal or external communications
Support alignment/activation of key nonprofit partners in market, particularly S&P Global Foundation grantees
Partner with Office of the CEO on high-priority or high visibility, community impact initiatives.
Execute end to end project management, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and comprehensive success analysis
Analyze complex program data to measure impact, track engagement metrics, and provide actional insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision making
Communicate to diverse audiences ranging from small executive briefings to larger regional communications
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,817 to $126,300. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong service orientation
Experience in corporate responsibility, CR or related field
Experience in volunteer and/or events management and stakeholder management
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI and similar tools
Experience with CR technology platforms or quick to learn technology skills
Strategic thinking capabilities with ability to develop long-term program roadmaps and initiatives
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement
Experience interacting with senior leaders and building strong relationships
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Generate pragmatic solutions to real or potential problems and recognize and leverage key opportunities
Knowledge of corporate foundation processes and procedures is desirable Strong EQ and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, geographically diverse team
