Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating welcoming workplace experiences? We are looking for a Coordinator, Catering Operations and Services to join our London office team.
This is a hands-on, frontline role supporting the smooth running of our in-house catering and pantry services. You’ll help keep our food and refreshment areas well-presented, support daily catering operations, and ensure our employees and guests enjoy a professional, friendly service every day.
What you’ll be doing
Greet and serve staff and visitors with a warm, professional approach.
Monitor and replenish pantry and refreshment areas, ensuring stock is well-presented and
rotated.
Support basic food service and kitchen duties, including deliveries and stock handling.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards, completing daily checks and cleaning tasks.
Assist with meeting room resets, internal deliveries, and ad hoc facilities support.
Work collaboratively with the catering and office experience teams to deliver high-quality
service.
What we’re looking for
Experience in hospitality, catering operations, or retail service.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A proactive, flexible team player who can also work independently.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety practices.
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely.
Desirable
Previous experience in a corporate food service environment.
Familiarity with COSHH standards and stock management systems.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
