Finalité du poste : Garantir la fluidité des flux entre le magasin, l’atelier de réparation et le montage des options afin d’assurer la qualité de service, le respect des délais clients et la performance opérationnelle.
Responsabilités principales
1 – Coordination Logistique
Gérer les flux entrants et sortants (machines, pièces, accessoires)
Définir et organiser les priorités selon les urgences clients
Assurer la fiabilité des stocks et la disponibilité des composants
Optimiser l’organisation et les processus du magasin
2 – Coordination Atelier
Planifier les réparations et montages d’options
Prioriser les interventions selon les engagements clients
Suivre les délais et garantir le respect des standards qualité
Garantir la préparation correcte des machines avant expédition
3 – Performance & Organisation
Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs clés (délais, taux de service, backlog)
Identifier des pistes d’amélioration continue et proposer des actions
Assurer l’interface opérationnelle entre la logistique, le support technique, le commerce et les techniciens
Profil recherché
Expérience en coordination logistique, planification ou gestion d’atelier
Connaissance d’un ERP
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler en équipe
Sens de l’organisation et de la communication

Purpose of the Role
Ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse, repair workshop, and options assembly to guarantee service quality, meet customer lead times, and support operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
1 – Logistics Coordination
Manage inbound and outbound flows (machines, parts, accessories)
Set priorities based on customer urgency and operational needs
Ensure inventory accuracy and component availability
Optimize warehouse layout and workflows
2 – Workshop Coordination
Plan repair and options assembly activities
Prioritize interventions according to customer commitments
Monitor lead times and ensure compliance with quality standards
Guarantee proper machine preparation before shipment
3 – Performance & Continuous Improvement
Implement and monitor key operational KPIs
Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions
Act as the operational interface between logistics, technical support, sales, and field technicians
Preferred Profile
Experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, or workshop operations
Experience with ERP systems
Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
