Job Summary

The Coordinador Sell Out is responsible for implementing and monitoring sales strategies to drive product off-take and achieve sell-out targets within assigned accounts and channels. This role ensures effective execution of commercial plans and promotional activities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sell-out strategies for key product categories and brands within designated retail accounts (e.g., pharmacies, department stores).
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize sell-out results.
* Coordinate with the sales force and key account managers to ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns, merchandising guidelines, and product visibility initiatives at the point of sale.
* Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, stock levels, promotional execution, and gather market intelligence.
* Provide training and support to sales teams and in-store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional mechanics to enhance sell-out effectiveness.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to adapt global/regional marketing campaigns to local market needs and ensure their effective execution in retail environments.
* Manage and track the budget allocated for sell-out activities and promotions, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
* Prepare regular reports on sell-out performance, market insights, and competitor activities for management.
* Identify and propose new opportunities for growth and improvement in sell-out processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or sell-out coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetic, or consumer goods industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sell-out targets and implementing successful commercial strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or sales analytics tools.
* Availability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
* Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
