Coordinador general de instalaciones
Objetivo del cargo
Asegurar la planificación, integración, coordinación y supervisión de todas las instalaciones y sus interfaces técnicas en obra, garantizando una ejecución segura, confiable y conforme al programa de producción, presupuesto, normativa y aseguramiento de calidad, habilitando pruebas, puesta en servicio y recepción técnica.
Responsabilidades clave
Gobernar interfaces (obra civil–instalaciones–sistemas): rutinas semanales, cierre documentado de interferencias y acuerdos técnicos.
Cumplir plazos y productividad: integrar plan de instalaciones al programa maestro, gestionar restricciones (materiales, permisos, accesos, energización).
Administrar subcontratos: controlar alcance, avance, calidad, seguridad, recursos y desempeño.
Cumplimiento normativo y HSE: exigir procedimientos aprobados, permisos y controles de riesgo.
Pruebas y comisionamiento: planificar y conducir precomisionamiento/comisionamiento con trazabilidad auditable.
Control de información y cambios: gestionar RFI/submittals/OC, asegurando instalación conforme a ingeniería vigente y desviaciones aprobadas.
Funciones principales
Planificación corto/mediano plazo con gestión de restricciones y liberación de frentes.
Control de avance y reportabilidad ejecutiva (KPIs, curvas, status).
Coordinación de reuniones con equipos/contratistas y seguimiento de compromisos.
Gestión documental técnica (versionado, trazabilidad) y logística de materiales críticos.
Integración de instalaciones al plan de producción, control de hitos “ready-to-work”, QA/QC en proceso (ITPs, checklists, inspecciones) y coordinación con soporte BIM cuando aplique.
Gestión de pendientes y punch list, priorizando bloqueos a energización/puesta en servicio.
Requisitos del perfil
Formación: Ingeniería Civil o de Ejecución (o equivalente), base sólida en instalaciones eléctricas/electromecánicas.
Experiencia: 10+ años profesional y ≥4 años específicos en eléctrica/electromecánica/sistemas/subsistemas en obras similares.
Herramientas: Excel avanzado + MS Office; gestión documental (p. ej., SharePoint).
Seguridad: acreditaciones/inducciones vigentes para trabajo en obra.
Competencias técnicas: coordinación MEP e interfaces, gestión de subcontratos, QA/QC auditable, control documental, conocimiento normativo y de seguridad; referencia normativa eléctrica aplicable (p. ej., baja tensión).
Deseables
Postítulo en gestión de proyectos / coordinación MEP / dirección de construcción.
Certificación/capacitación formal en SST y/o BIM (Navisworks/Revit u otros).
