Job Description:

Misión:

Garantizar la integridad de la información financiera mediante el registro preciso en SAP de operaciones globales y el estricto cumplimiento fiscal, asegurando la confiabilidad de las cuentas y reportes para respaldar exitosamente los procesos de auditoría y toma de decisiones.

Responsabilidades:

Responsable de cuentas Contables.

Cumplir con la política de seguridad operacional de la compañía.

Coordinar las actividades del área de AP.

Generar reportes e indicadores solicitados por casa matriz (i.e. ICART),Coadyuvar en la toma de medidas para la  mitigación de riesgos.

Participar en los cierres contables de la Empresa cumpliendo en fechas establecidas por casa matriz.

Llevar cuentas claras y transparentes, integradas por concepto.

Seguir las indicaciones de las brigadas de seguridad ante situaciones de respuesta a la emergencia.

Acatar las disposiciones en materia de seguridad operacional.

Cumplir anualmente con la capacitación definida en la plataforma Mypulse.

Requerimientos:

Contador  Público, Administrador o carrera afín

3 Años de experiencia Mínimo en áreas contables y en puesto similar.

Conocimiento Avanzado de Office, Google Suite  & SAP

Contabilidad, Fiscal, Normas Financieras, Auditoría, Leyes Contables.

Inglés conversacional intermedio

Mission

To guarantee the integrity of financial information through the accurate SAP registration of global operations and strict tax compliance, ensuring the reliability of accounts and reports to successfully support audit processes and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Accounting Management: Responsible for general ledger accounts and maintaining clear, transparent records integrated by concept.

AP Coordination: Lead and coordinate Accounts Payable activities and team workflows.

Reporting: Generate reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) requested by Headquarters (e.g., ICART).

Financial Closings: Participate in monthly and year-end closings, ensuring compliance with deadlines set by HQ.

Risk & Audit: Assist in implementing risk mitigation measures and support financial audits.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to the company’s operational safety policies, emergency response protocols, and complete annual "Mypulse" platform training.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounting departments or a similar role.

Software: Advanced proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Google Suite.

Technical Knowledge: Strong command of Accounting, Tax, Financial Standards (IFRS/Local GAAP), Audit, and Accounting Laws.

Languages: Intermediate conversational English.
