THE JOB:
As a fine-dining Cook at Coraline’s, our signature Gulf-inspired seafood restaurant, you will bring fresh flavors and refined techniques to life. With your culinary expertise, attention to detail, and creativity, you’ll craft dishes that showcase the best of the Mississippi Gulf Coast—from award-winning gumbo to bold Cajun and Creole specialties. Working side by side with your team, you will transform the freshest ingredients into unforgettable dining experiences, creating WOW moments our guests will savor long after their visit.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.55 an hour

Swing Shift | Full Time
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Off | Tuesday & Wednesday
Coraline's Overview
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards.
Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.
Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of fine dining culinary techniques
Practice seafood handling skills and shuck oysters as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Meets the age requirements of 18 years old
Preferably demonstrates 1-2+ years of cooking experience, in a fine dining or resort setting
Thrives in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen while maintaining speed and accuracy
