THE JOB:
As a Cook for Aria's Convention & Banquet, you will showcase your culinary skills while creating memorable experiences for our guests. With each dish, you’ll bring flavor, precision, and passion to the table, all while delivering service with a welcoming smile. By understanding guest needs and exceeding expectations, you’ll help craft WOW moments that last far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Formal Culinary training preferred
