The Cook II plays a critical role in delivering the day-to-day culinary execution that defines the guest experience at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. This position supports kitchen operations by preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across multiple stations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. As part of the PM team, the Cook II contributes directly to a smooth, disciplined service while upholding the integrity of the menu and the standards of the kitchen.
What you will do
Execute daily mise en place and station setup to ensure readiness for PM service
Prepare and cook menu items across hot and cold stations with consistency and precision
Maintain Four Seasons standards for food quality, presentation, and portion control
Operate efficiently in a fast-paced service while managing multiple priorities and stations
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines without exception
Communicate clearly with chefs and team members to support a smooth, coordinated service
Assist with product rotation, storage, and organization to maintain a clean and disciplined kitchen
Support team development and kitchen culture through accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
What you bring
1–3 years of experience in a high-volume or luxury hotel kitchen, with a strong foundation in multiple line stations
Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on training preferred, with solid knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.

Full Time
Expected Shift Time 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
