About the location:

Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.

About the role: 
This Cook II position plays a key role in supporting kitchen operations by preparing quality dishes with consistency, precision, and care, while upholding Four Seasons’ exceptional standards of service and excellence. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Prepare and cook assigned menu items according to established recipes and standards 

  • Assist with station setup, mise en place, and service execution 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines 

  • Properly store, label, and rotate food products 

  • Support senior cooks and chefs during service as needed 

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food production 

  • Follow all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and safety standards 

 

What you will bring:  

  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen; hotel or fine-dining experience preferred 

  • Solid knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations 

  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards 

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays 

  • Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and attention to detail 

  • Passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow within the profession
