We believe technology & AI can help people be healthier. To make that happen, we're building both a revolutionary OS for health professionals and a health companion for people that integrates seamlessly with our OS. This companion harnesses AI, clinical expertise, and comprehensive health data, all within an accessible and modern design. To drive this ambition, we’re strengthening the Health Companion team working on the AI Health Assistant.

What you'll do

As the Conversational AI Designer for the AI Health Assistant, you will build and scale one of Doctolib's most ambitious products – an AI health assistant that will answer people’ health questions, provide verified medical information, guide them through the care pathway, and proactively support them. This product will be part of a revolutionary health companion that will transform how +90 million people prevent health problems, access care, and manage their health daily. Our vision is to create the world's best AI Health Assistant that empowers people to be healthier through personalized, proactive, and intelligent guidance recommended by their healthcare professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage cutting-edge agentic AI to build a product that will have a profound impact on millions of lives. You will pioneer a new era of healthcare interfaces, moving from reactive to proactive assistance, from explicit to implicit interactions, and from command-based to intent-based experiences.

  • Conduct or support user research, A/B testing, and usability studies focused on conversational flows to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
  • Partner closely with ML Engineers to define agent requirements (intents, entities, training phrases) and optimize model performance for high accuracy with a constant focus on safety and user experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Medical Experts to translate user insights and clinical knowledge into impactful conversational features.
