What We'll Bring:

• As a Controls Analyst you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Work closely with the stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring that all critical processes are covered by effective controls
• This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor control effectiveness and risk indicators, escalating emerging risks or control failures to management.
• Partner with regional leadership and assurance partners for risk/control insights.
• Align controls program to Global Operations strategy and IOLT/RGT governance.
• 10-12 years of experience in operations, risk/controls, or business analysis within regulated environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI); ability to query and analyze operational data
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in preparing monthly / quarterly reviews or similar performance measure reports.
• Ability to apply AI and automation for creating of dashboards and controls registers is a required skill.

What You'll Bring:

  • Analyze operational data across systems and service delivery teams to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance using data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Report on KPIs related to operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement and automation of the dashboards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
  • Develop methods and documentation of standard operating procedures for data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining system configurations to support accurate and efficient data ordering processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements and operational standards.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for operational reviews and for senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with internal staff
