Role Overview

JLL is transforming its EMEA WPM finance function from traditional country-based controllership into a regional, client-centric commercial finance model. We are seeking a finance professional to serve as Senior Manager of Commercial Controllership specializing in reimbursable/cost-plus contracts across EMEA.

Strategic Context:
This role is central to EMEA's transition to a regional client oversight model, where controllers serve as single points of contact (SPOCs) for clients across all countries and service lines within their portfolio. This unified approach replaces fragmented country-based models, providing clients with consistent financial partnership and governance regardless of geographic complexity[Source: EMEA REMS controllership announcement.msg].

You'll embed controllership expertise throughout all nine phases of contract management—from inception through renewal or termination—ensuring both client satisfaction and financial excellence.

This role requires both strategic partnership skills and the technical depth to manage the complexity inherent in cost-plus arrangements.
