From technical accounting to budgeting and forecasting to planning and reporting, you will build relationships with internal and external audit teams as well as key business partners to drive sophisticated business decisions.

Seeking a proficient finance team member who will provide finance, accounting and compliance to the Olink business. The successful candidate will implement accounting, controls and compliance procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. In addition, the position holder will identify and recommend operational improvement opportunities, and support leadership in achieving of business objectives.

Job Purpose:

The Controller Global AR plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant AR financial operations for PSX. The role combines strong accounting expertise with operational oversight of invoicing, collections, and AR controls. As an experienced professional, the Controller Global AR supports month end close, maintains high data integrity, ensures adherence to accounting standards and SOX requirements, and drives continuous improvements within AR processes across Sweden and the US.

The Global AR controller will partner with a broad number of external and internal business partners, such as Customers, Commercial & Commercial Finance Team, Product Management, Accounting, Rebate Teams, Compliance & Audit.

Main Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain AR related accounting processes and system controls

  • Ensure correct accounting treatment within AR, including revenue recognition, calculate bad debt, intercompany processes, and credit related controls.

  • Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals, reporting and analysis

  • Support improvements in the AR and Collection processes, driving standardization, automation, and efficiency enhancements across regions.

  • Resolve issues in the ERP system together with the BA- team and participate in streamlining the invoicing process.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors, prepare audit schedules and ensure compliance to SOX and statutory requirements.

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls to ensure 100% SOX compliance.

  • Other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controls or Audit

Competencies:

  • Excellent understanding of financial accounting standards and internal controls

  • Proficient user of Excel; experience with large ERP systems, PowerPoint

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
