The Analyst will support contract operations by maintaining the integrity of contract data and developing strategic dashboards and reports to support compliance, performance tracking, and leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the contract lifecycle, small business subcontracting requirements, and reporting tools, along with proven analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively to support informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze contract and subcontract data to support compliance, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports to support internal stakeholders and external obligations, including government and small business subcontracting reporting requirements.

  • Monitor contract data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy to support reliable reporting and audit readiness.

  • Assist in gathering user feedback and participate in testing and rollout of new features or enhancements led by technical teams.

  • Provide contract and small business subcontracting data and documentation support during internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

•    Experience working with CLM or contract tracking systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar).
•    Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality, consistency, and audit readiness.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
•    Demonstrated ability to identify and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance operational performance and data visibility.
