Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Contracts Manager 3. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.

What You’ll Get To Do:
Lead the newly created Launch Systems Segment in all aspects of contracts administration; this includes:
FAR based Contracting
Military Construction
Lead a team of junior and senior contracts professionals
Lead the newly created Sentinel Launch Systems Segment in all aspects of contracts administration; this includes:
Management of large-complex cost type and fixed priced contracts
Negotiation of cost, fee, terms and conditions, data rights, etc.
Management and execution of change proposals
Briefing and support to executive level leadership
Responsible for segment level support to deliver against key financial metrics to include sales, margin and awards.
Contract management will be FAR based Contracting with a special focus on Military Construction scope of work
Responsible for leading a team of junior and senior level Contracts professionals consisting of:
professional development training with a focus on best in class change management, Contract administration, and overall business acumen

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 8 years in contract administration/management or related field; Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; or a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 12 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Requires experience negotiating and administering various contract types of varying sizes and types of agreements
Requires experience with pricing principles and FAR/DFARS as well as associated Federal Contracting regulations
Requires experience with advanced proposal strategy, contract formation and customer relationships.
Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Current, active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
Experience leading a graphically diverse team
Familiarity with Northrop Grumman Contracts processes and procedures

Primary Level Salary Range: $137,800.00 - $206,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
