The expected salary for this position: 9 600 -15 800 PLN gross

We are looking for you if you have:
experience or strong interest in Third Party & Intragroup Risk Management, outsourcing, or supplier risk management,
practical knowledge of operational risk, non‑financial risk, or control frameworks,
familiarity with regulatory‑driven frameworks (e.g. outsourcing, DORA‑related, ICT or third‑party risk),
an analytical mindset with the ability to review documentation, identify gaps, and assess compliance,
the ability to work across multiple topics and stakeholders in parallel,
clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
English level: B2/C1
It will be an advantage if you bring:
hands‑on experience with risk assessments or project management,
experience supporting or reviewing risk and control self‑assessments (RCSA),
familiarity with outsourcing or third‑party tooling, registers or risk monitoring,
certifications or training in risk management, compliance, outsourcing, or IT risk (e.g. ISO standards, risk or audit certifications).
Your role and responsibilities:
Support TIPM framework compliance as part of the 1st Line of Defense, with a focus on consistent application of TIPM requirements across arrangements
Contribute to the implementation, monitoring and ongoing improvement of TIPM key controls throughout the lifecycle of third‑party and intragroup arrangements
Support the identification of control gaps, follow up on remediation actions, and contribute to sustainable compliance outcomes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to support consistent understanding and application of TIPM requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing observations, lessons learned and practical recommendations
Support audit, regulatory and internal review activities related to TIPM
About the team:
As Contracting Governance & Risk Specialist, you operate within the 1st Line of Defense team, supporting effective oversight of Third Party & Intragroup risks and controls. You help ensure that TIPM requirements are embedded into day‑to‑day processes, that key controls are applied consistently, and that risks related to third‑party and intragroup arrangements are identified, understood, and managed in line with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
The role is positioned within the BCO&IT Risk Area, contributing to non‑financial risk management and continuous improvement across multiple entities and countries.
