At MSS Security, successful contract mobilisation starts with people.

We’re seeking a highly organised and operationally strong Transitions Coordinator to manage the seamless transfer of incumbent employees when we win new contracts. This role ensures transitioning staff are engaged, compliant, and ready for Day 1, while supporting Operations through structured, well-managed handovers.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end workforce transitions during contract takeovers

  • Manage communication with incumbent staff throughout the transfer process

  • Coordinate offers, onboarding and compliance (licences, police checks, certifications)

  • Partner with State Operations and Business Managers to understand site requirements

  • Create and manage requisitions to facilitate onboarding

  • Maintain accurate data across Workday and rostering systems

  • Identify workforce risks, gaps and improvement opportunities during mobilisation

This is a fast-paced, high-volume coordination role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders nationally.

About You

If you thrive in structured environments, enjoy problem-solving, and can balance urgency with care, this role is for you. We also need you to have -

  • Experience in logistical mobility, workforce coordination, operations or high-volume recruitment

  • Strong compliance and documentation focus

  • Confident using ATS/HR systems and reporting tools

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable managing competing deadlines and multiple site transitions

  • Experience within security or large, unionised workforces (desirable)

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Willing to undergo a National police check and other pre-employment checks
