Contract Talent Acquisition Advisor (3‑Month Contract)

Job Description:

Envista is seeking an experienced Contract Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring needs during a defined three‑month period from April 1 through June 30, 2026. This role exists to deliver high‑quality, full‑cycle recruitment support while ensuring a strong candidate and hiring‑manager experience through close, in‑person collaboration. Based in Brea, California, the role requires an onsite presence four days per week (with one remote day) to effectively partner with business leaders, HR, and hiring teams. The Contract Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a hands‑on role in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent to support Envista’s business priorities during this critical period.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience (in‑house and/or agency) with strong full‑cycle delivery
  • Experience supporting corporate, sales/commercial, manufacturing, or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated hands‑on sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Solid interviewing and assessment skills
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and ethical hiring practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Brea four days per week for the duration of the contract (April 1 – June 30, 2026)
  • Nice to have: prior experience with Workday Recruiting

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
