We’re looking for a detail-driven professional to deliver Contract System Administration (CSA) services that ensure supplier contract rates are executed accurately and compliantly across our enterprise systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems or Computer Science
  • Proficiency managing, converting, and validating structured data using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of enterprise procurement or contract management systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Fieldglass)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests while meeting service expectations

Responsibilities:

  • Administers Contract Line Item Detail (CLID) data, including creation, amendment, and correction, in accordance with approved requests and documentation
  • Reviews and validates contract intake requests for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with approved contract rates, and executes contract system updates in line with established workflows, controls, and service expectations
  • Maintains required documentation, version control, and audit evidence to support system execution, internal controls, and SOX requirements
  • Supports Contract Advisors to clarify system requests, resolve data gaps, and complete processing within agreed timelines
  • Identifies and investigates data quality issues, integration errors, or synchronization failures, and coordinates resolution within defined escalation paths with Supply Chain Management Systems and technical teams

Location and other Key details:

  • This is an office based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
  • Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
