  • Support technology outsourcing and managed services arrangements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

  • Review and manage change requests, scope variations, and commercial impacts arising from technology delivery programs.

  • Support consolidation, renegotiation, and renewal strategies to maximise value from vendor engagements.

  • Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams on contractual risk management and audit readiness.

  • Ensure contracts meet third-party risk, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support regulatory, management, and audit reporting related to technology contracts and vendors.

  • Provide clear, structured contractual advice to senior stakeholders and project leadership teams.

  • Develop dashboards, summaries, and reports on contract status, risks, financial exposure, and vendor performance.

  • Influence outcomes through fact-based, commercially sound recommendations.

What do you need to have for the role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 6–10 years’ experience in IT contract management, commercial management, or vendor management within a large organisation or complex technology environment.
