What you will do in this role

  • Responsible for handling commercial agreements with Concentrix clients as directed by peers, manager or a managing attorney with a moderate level of guidance and support. 
  • Applies company policies and procedures to draft, analyze and redline basic commercial agreements with Concentrix clients that require knowledge and basic understanding of legal concepts and Concentrix businesses. 
  • Interacts and communicates with internal business partners regarding commercial agreements with Concentrix clients. 
  • Timely and accurately updates contract repository with final, executed commercial agreements. 
  • Performs additional legal assignments and projects under direct supervision of peers, manager or attorneys as may be required from time to time.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science; or associate’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent professional or industry experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Adobe. 
  • Experience negotiating and administering contracts in a fast-paced sales-driven environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills. 
  • Ability to work both independently and with Legal colleagues and internal business partners in a collaborative environment. 
  • A desire to pursue new challenges and to work as part of a team to help the business achieve its goals.

The base salary range for this position is $62,000 - $80,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
