Salary Range: $125776 - $197200 Per Year

Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will perform as the focal point for all contractual actions and phases of the acquisition including initial planning, requirements definition, cost and price analysis, negotiation, award, and administration.
  • You will develop innovative solutions to contracting issues through exploration and employment of diverse procurement methods.
  • You will coordinate with Program Managers, technical experts, legal counsel, audit, higher-level authorities, and subordinate activities
  • You will utilize all information and sound business judgment to ensure the successful accomplishment of all assigned programs/contracts.
  • You will personally negotiate or serve as chief negotiator of a negotiation team for assigned contracts.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, developing, and implementing the contract strategy for complex acquisitions and performing administrative phases of procurements.
