We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Recruiter Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The role is full time and hybrid, and can be based out of our Great Neck, NY or Anderson, SC locations. The length of the assignment is estimated to be between 6 and 9 months.
This position will provide support for the end-to-end onboarding process as part of the Talent Acquisition team. This role will partner closely with internal Recruiters, HR Generalists, Hiring Managers, Payroll, Legal, internal and external Candidates involved in the staffing process.
Primary responsibilities include:
Responsible for managing the end to end on-boarding process for external new hires, involving the following: drug screening, background checks, advising Hiring Managers of next steps, and maintaining proper handoffs to ensure a positive on-boarding experience for all involved
Escalating any issues related to on-boarding with the appropriate Talent Acquisition, Legal and/or HR contact
Guide all Hiring Managers and new hires through the entire on-boarding process
Resolve on-boarding, payroll or HRIS issues related to the hiring process
Conduct comprehensive new hire orientation sessions
Responsible for generating letters and loyalty agreements for recruiters
Key data entry into our applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and generating reports based on data in the system
Enter termination forms in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with immigration process and partner with immigration counsel and Legal to address questions or concerns
Assist the Legal Department with subpoenas
Ad hoc project work within HR and working collaboratively with other functions
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 3 years of relevant experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment required
Experience with Workday Recruiting highly preferred
Excellent organizational skills, including exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
Superb communication skills, both written and oral
A customer-focused orientation; flexible and approachable
Results oriented, with a focus on solving problems and continuous improvement
Able to multi-task and prioritize independently
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Power Point
Estimated hourly pay rate for this position is between $28.00 – 38.00 per hour.
The hourly rate offered will be determined on an individualized basis and we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. Benefits are not provided.
