Contract Product Design & Development Lead – Copenhagen, Denmark
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Product ownership of the Ocean Contract portfolio, including Ocean Fixed, Seasonal, FFW, index‑linked and emerging contract products
- Defining and driving the Ocean Contract product strategy, aligned to the integrator vision
- Owning product playbooks, product definitions, and terms & conditions
- Building customer‑led value propositions using qualitative and quantitative insights
- Leading discovery and development in close collaboration with Platform, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Legal, Sales and CX
- Prioritising requirements and managing the product roadmap and lifecycle
- Owning go‑to‑market strategy and rollout of new products and features
- Managing financial performance and continuously improving product outcomes
- Maturing products at the right time — and sunsetting where appropriate
- Facilitating CPM leadership forums and representing Maersk on the NYSHEX governance board

What We’re Looking For
- Strong Product Management expertise in complex, commercial or platform‑enabled products
- Solid Ocean / logistics domain understanding
- Proven experience in product discovery, optimisation, and lifecycle management
- Strong system thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders in a matrix environment
- Customer‑centric, insight‑driven, and execution‑oriented mindset
