MSS Security

MSS Security is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of government and aviation security contracts across Tasmania. This role focuses on strong leadership, operational delivery and maintaining high standards across multiple sites.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and support site supervisors and security personnel across multiple locations.

  • Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews and ongoing coaching.

  • Manage investigations and disciplinary processes where required.

  • Oversee incident response, reporting and escalation processes.

  • Identify risks and implement site specific security strategies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Represent MSS Security in meetings and operational discussions.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of incidents, operations and performance.

  • Monitor compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements and contract obligations.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Prior experience in managing security operations.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple sites and clients.

  • Ability to resolve conflicts and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights.

  • Valid Tasmanian Security licence.

  • Valid First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).

  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check.

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work outside these hours to accommodate operational requirements.
