DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
100% accountability of all customer contracts
Maintain full visibility and auditability of all contractual arrangements with B2B clients.
Monitor active contracts to ensure timely renewals, appropriate terminations, and proper archiving.
Ensure all contracts are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements in coordination with the legal and compliance units.
Contract Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete contract lifecycle — from initial drafting to review, execution, renewal, and termination — ensuring delivery within SLA.
Establish and enforce processes and controls to successfully execute the end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
Contract Management
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and coordinating feedback from internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product, Finance, and Legal.
Ensure quality output, consistency in contract language, and stakeholder responsiveness.
Dedicate legal assistance for opportunities with complex contract requirements mostly coming from wholesale/government accounts
Legal Coordination and Stakeholder Management
Act as the central legal support for reviews and approvals across commercial and legal stakeholders.
Maintain close collaboration with the Legal unit, escalating material legal issues for faster resolution.
Exercise legal judgment and decision-making on specific contractual articles, as authorized by CLSG.
Continuous Standardization and Improvement
Develop, maintain, and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks to support consistent and scalable contract management.
Implement process enhancements, including CLM tools and automation, in collaboration with Transformation team.
Promote cross-functional understanding of contract workflows to increase organizational efficiency and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of work experience with minimum of 3 years of relevant legal and contract management experience
Demonstrated experience in governance, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
With experience in fast paced/ high volume environment is essential
Preferably with experience working closely with business teams in a commercial context.
Preferably familiar with CLM tools (e.g. Ironclad, Docusign).
Bachelor's Degree of any related Field
Preferably with additional certifications in Contract Management, Commercial Law, or Procurement Law
