A key aspect of your role will be patrolling and conducting regular C&E checks at various places of interest and attractions to detect breaches such as unlicensed tourist guiding activities and non-compliance by licensed tourist guides and travel agents. Deployment will include evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of routine operations.
In the course of enforcement, you will be required to gather evidence, interview relevant parties, and record statements from offenders and witnesses. You will maintain proper documentation of findings, collate evidence, and prepare investigation reports to recommend appropriate enforcement actions.

At least 2 years of field enforcement experience
Familiar with legislation, Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code and other related legislation in the conduct of C&E work
Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in another language such as Malay, Tamil or Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Strong collaborative skills and team-oriented mindset
Enjoys working in an outdoor environment and comfortable with regular foot patrols and related activities
Willing to work non-standard hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
