Contract Construction Crew Member

WHO YOU ARE

TBNR is looking for skilled construction contractors to help bring creative sets and production environments to life. This role focuses on building and modifying physical structures used in filming, including walls, platforms, and custom set pieces. Contractors will work closely with our production and creative teams to safely construct durable builds that support fast-paced video production.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and assemble set structures including walls, platforms, frames, and other production builds
• Assist with installation and breakdown of sets during production cycles
• Work from design concepts, sketches, or technical plans to execute builds
• Ensure structures are safe, stable, and production-ready
• Assist with general construction and fabrication needs for studio or location shoots
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace during builds

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in construction, carpentry, fabrication, or scenic building
• Ability to work with common construction tools and materials
• Strong attention to safety and structural stability
• Ability to collaborate with production and creative teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
