Contract Analyst

Remote Full Time

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to provide acquisition and contracting support to the Capability Program Executive for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense Headquarters in Maryland by developing, drafting, and maintaining critical program documentation in accordance with DoD 5000 series directives. This role supports a variety of acquisition activities, ensuring programs are positioned for successful reviews and execution.

This position is fully remote and can be performed from any U.S. location.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Draft Acquisition Strategy documents to support acquisition review boards.
  • Prepare and update program milestone documentation in alignment with DoD 5000 series guidance.
  • Develop Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
  • Support planning and development of complex acquisitions, including commercial, non-commercial, interagency, TIAs, and OTAs.
  • Support preparation of follow-on agreements, sole source justifications, IDIQs, hybrid contract types, and applicable terms and conditions.

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Clearance:
    • Secret
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
    • DAWIA Level II Contracting, Contracting Professional Certification, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years DoD/Government Contracting (1102 series).
    • 3+ years supporting DoD contracts at the systems level (DoD 5000).
Position Pay Range
$60,000$80,000 USD
