Contract Administration and Project Management Support Trainee with Spanish, English and Polish / Early Careers Program

We are currently seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and support our Contract Administration processes and support Project Management activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Archiving and organizing documentation
  • Uploading documents into internal catalogues
  • Collaborating with technical departments
  • Cooperating with other teams and markets across Europe
  • Monitoring progress of project activities
  • Collaborating across various project teams to ensure smooth exchange of information and action closure
  • Supporting preparation for project activities by logging requirements, documenting testing scenarios, facilitating user management

Requirements:

  • Student status (active university enrollment)
  • Availability to work min. 20-30 hours per week in a hybrid model
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish and Polish (spoken and written)
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
