Continuous Improvement Specialist - Sales Support

Noida

As part of the Sales Support function, the Continuous Improvement Specialist drives operational excellence by leading process optimization initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Sales Support organization. This global role partners with teams across regions to streamline workflows, drive productivity, and enhance sales support performance. You will report to Global Program Manager – Commercial Effectiveness and follow a Hybrid working schedule in Noida

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead root cause analyses and facilitate cross-functional workshops to address Sales Support process challenges
  • Champion and implement process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks
  • Serve as the primary resource for Sales Support teams seeking guidance on continuous improvement tools and best practices
  • Collaborate with regional and global Sales Support teams to communicate and drive improvements
  • Enroll in and complete Yellow Belt on Demand Workday training modules; pursue further certification through Kaizen workshops and project delivery
  • Document and track improvement actions in the project database; review and certify completed projects with designated Champions
  • Support ongoing training and knowledge sharing to maintain expertise in continuous improvement

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in business operations or process improvement roles
  • Analytical and technical skills: Lean and Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, project management
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks across different cultures and countries
  • Experience working with platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, global environment
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside normal office hours
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development in continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects
  • Agile in both independent and collaborative work
