What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Lead and co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources.
Manage future deployment and continuous improvement of previously deployed Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) within site Quality Operations.
Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work.
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and develop new options in non-standard situations.
Work independently on assignments, receiving guidance on unusual or complex problems.
Review your own work and that of colleagues, providing mentorship as needed.
Utilize judgment and experience to potentially become a resource for others.
Implement continuous improvement programs across the organization.
Ensure improvement programs align with and strengthen business strategies.
Act as a coach and facilitator for improvement projects, maintaining performance metrics.
Support program management through governance, reviews, communications, and training, while preparing resource forecasts and advancing new concepts.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years
of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience with operations management consulting methodologies and frameworks
Proven business acumen with experience in managing projects, teams, programs, or workstreams of varying levels of complexity
Ability to translate and present data visualization into actionable business decisions
Basic understanding of finance and good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in Change Management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
Relevant pharmaceutical experience
Previous supervisory management experience in problem-solving, decision-making, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills
In-depth knowledge and experience with investigations and compliance-related procedures
Capability in Lean tools and/or desire to grow Lean capabilities to further drive Continuous Improvement projects
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
